Born from the Sea,Inspired by Legend
In the ancient myth, Calypso was a nymph who dwelled on the island of Ogygia — a place of overwhelming beauty, surrounded by sea. We carry that same spirit to the shores of Patara.
Our kitchen is guided by the Aegean itself: the daily catch, the wild herbs, the salt in the air. Nothing is forced. Everything is fresh.
Patara is one of the most storied coastlines of the ancient world. We believe the best way to honour it is through honest, beautiful food.
